Buying the ad is good.
Owning the room is better.

Sponsorship gets you a moment. Your own publication gives you somewhere to keep showing up.

The familiar play

Sponsor someone else’s newsletter.

  • Borrow an audience for a booked placement
  • Share the calendar with other advertisers
  • Work around someone else’s editorial schedule
  • Pay again when you want to show up again
The ownership play ↗

Build the one they subscribe to.

  • Grow an opted-in audience around your ideal buyers
  • Reserve every commercial placement for your brand
  • Plan useful content around your market and moments
  • Build an asset that stays with your business

Ownership still comes with ongoing editorial, platform, and growth costs. The difference is what you’re building.

One publication. More ways to win.

An audience that grows.
A pipeline that follows.

Reach the right people, earn their attention, and give your sales team more relevant conversations.

01 / MEET YOUR NEXT CUSTOMER

Your next buyers.
Found and qualified.

We run paid acquisition and signup funnels to attract your ideal buyers. Reader insights and data enrichment help us understand who fits your market—and who doesn’t.

02 / STAY IN THE CONVERSATION

Be familiar before
they’re in market.

Most buyers aren’t ready today. Helpful, consistent issues keep your brand in their world until the timing is right.

03 / TURN ATTENTION INTO ACTION

Useful content.
Qualified leads.

Relevant offers, launches, and events give readers a reason to take the next step. We qualify leads against your agreed criteria and pass them to your team.

And your competitors? They can read it. They just can’t buy their way into your ad placements.

You define the buyer. We build the audience.

You don’t need
another thing
to run.

Tell us who you sell to and what makes a lead valuable. We handle the publication, audience growth, and qualification—so your team can focus on the conversations that count.

01

Find your editorial opening.

We define your ideal buyer, agree what qualifies a lead, and find the editorial angle that earns their attention. Your audience and commercial goals shape the plan.

02

Build something worth subscribing to.

Name, identity, signup page, email design, welcome journey, and editorial plan. A distinct publication, with clear ownership by your brand.

03

Get the right people reading.

We run paid campaigns and signup funnels, supported by relevant partners and your existing channels. We assess subscriber fit and optimize for the right audience, not the cheapest email address.

04

Nurture readers. Deliver qualified leads.

We research, write, design, and send each issue. We nurture readers, identify qualifying actions, and hand accepted leads to sales. Your team’s feedback helps us improve targeting and results.

An industry newsletter. Not a company update.

Less “here’s our news.”
More “you need to read this.”

Your product isn’t the entire story. The world your customers work in is.

Fair questions

The details.
Without the
sales dance.

Because “just trust us” isn’t a strategy.

So, this isn’t our company newsletter?

Correct. This is a separate editorial brand built around your industry and your ideal customers. It covers the things they care about—not just what your company is launching. Your business is clearly identified as the owner or presenting brand.

What do we actually own?

The proposed model puts the publication brand, content, domain, and newsletter platform account in your business’s hands, with access to subscriber data subject to consent and platform rules. Ownership and handover terms are documented in the agreement. Your audience relationship shouldn’t disappear if we stop working together.

Can our competitors advertise in it?

You control the commercial inventory, so you can keep competitor advertising out. That doesn’t mean readers can’t subscribe to competitors or that useful editorial coverage should pretend they don’t exist. Trust is what makes the publication valuable.

What counts as a qualified lead?

We agree that with your sales team before launch: the right role and company, plus the action or information needed to meet your qualification standard. We use subscriber-provided details and enrichment to assess fit, and qualifying activity to assess interest. An email signup alone doesn’t automatically become an MQL. Duplicates, existing contacts, and uncertain matches are handled under agreed rules.

How soon will we get leads?

Relevant welcome offers can create opportunities as new readers join. Longer-term demand comes from repeated, useful contact. Results depend on your market, offer, audience, budget, and sales follow-up. A subscriber is not automatically a qualified lead, and no lead volume or revenue is guaranteed.

How do you grow the audience?

We manage paid campaigns, content-led signup funnels, and relevant distribution partnerships around your ideal buyers. Readers opt in, and onboarding questions plus data enrichment help assess fit. We track audience quality and qualified leads alongside acquisition costs. Advertising spend, data tools, and platform costs are scoped separately.

How much work is this for our team?

You provide context, subject-matter access, feedback, and approvals. We handle the recurring editorial and production work. We agree a review cadence at kickoff so the newsletter doesn’t become another project your team has to manage every day.

How much does it cost?

Scope depends on research depth, publishing frequency, audience goals, and the growth program. We propose a setup fee and ongoing retainer, with platform fees and acquisition budgets clearly itemized. No made-up “starting at” price before we know the job.

What if we already have a newsletter?

We can assess whether to improve the existing publication or create a separate industry title. The decision starts with what readers signed up for, how engaged they are, and whether the current brand fits the audience you want to reach.

THE NEXT OPEN COULD BE YOURS

Be the reason they open.
Not the ad they scroll past.

Let’s turn your ideal customer profile into an audience—and your next sales conversations.
